"Self-confidence" and "self-esteem" are words that are often used interchangeably. But the truth is, confidence is somewhat different from oneself. To distinguish the two, it is important to set one after another.

The term confidence comes from a Latin word which means to trust or faith. A person is said to be safe if you can set reasonable goals, acquire knowledge and practical skills to carry out any activity in order to achieve their goals. Usually, the term trust is associated with external factors of the world, especially how others perceive us and how we controlled and show what we did.

On the other hand, self-esteem (SE) is more concerned about the way we treat ourselves and how we feel deep within ourselves our soul. Often, self-confidence and SE are connected, but not always actually related. You can work hard and acquire skills and improve yourself to make the deep feeling that feels weak SE. But it can still be considered highly qualified and successful by others. There are many people with great initiative who are motivated by the need, but sometimes expected compliance management slides that brought them to work too much or trying to find safety in other areas. Therefore, confidence can possibly be developed with self-esteem or separately.

On the other hand, low self-esteem can negatively affect his life. Not only has an effect on your personal life, but in their relationship with others. Here are some common effects:

Basically, it is the first step you need to take into account in order to overcome low self-esteem and boost your confidence. The next step is to know what is the best way to improve your sense of worth.

There are several things that you can increase the speed of your self-esteem. Here are some tips on how to do it:

1. Focus on your accomplishments:
This means that you need to think about what you've done in your life. It would help if you list and get the valuable they are to you. You can improve your confidence, if you focus on the positive side of life.

2. Planning for the future is important:
 Time is money if you make the most of it. When planning your future, you are able to motivate yourself if you want to do something, you should do it now. All you want to do, make sure you have planned for today. This will help you achieve your goals without wasting your time and effort.

3. Focus on what you love about yourself:
 Low self-esteem is often caused by thinking about the things you hate yourself. Therefore, the only way to improve your confidence is to think about the things you like being yourself. It would be helpful if you make a list of positive things you like about yourself.
