Stop Procrastinating In 3 Easy Steps

So you're angry against you because you keep procrastinating, and it is increasingly lagging behind. I could use many examples of what these things might be. How to lose weight, but keep pushing those who buy some Starbucks is in your mouth every time you ask for something special for fattening large latte. Or you need to save money to buy something, but something is always an excuse for why you can not. Oh, you can stop procrastinating. I said it would be easy? Well, my friend, it depends entirely on you!

1-Stop making excuses!
I often tell people a simple phrase which means that most people have problems with achieving something, "The biggest problem is people who make excuses!" Think about it. The next time you make a decision, I want you to think before you speak and decide if what comes out of your mouth begins with the word "but." Like, "but I do not understand" or "I can not ...". This is the excuse for not doing what needs to be done to get where we need to be. Whatever the reason, every time I find an excuse not to do or to fight for something, you can guarantee that you will never have / achieve your goal.

2- Get rid of distraction:

Of course, I know you can not miss a single post on Facebook. All those friends who have not spoken for more than 20 years to illuminate your life with inspiring prose and comments of their lives. Or just not to miss tonight's episode of CSI. But yes, you can. Everyone alive has the same 24 hours. in a single day. Some use it more wisely. Get rid of all the little distractions that. All these little things add up to a big waste of time. Moreover, what could be more important than your own happiness!

3- Are you leaving already pinball!:
The more time you spend sitting around thinking about all the pitfalls one may happen to lose more time doing what you want to do. Negative self-talk is more disabling than any comment from a friend, colleague or spouse could never do. It is wrong that we convince ourselves that we deny the most, and let fear stop us dead in our tracks not. I'm not saying it's going to be all sunshine and lollipops, but half of the trash in the head just to be invented. Have some confidence that you deserve to be happy and successful and overcome these negative thoughts.
Does not seem so easy? Then I suggest you go back to point number one. The things you want will be kept up to you if you allow them to be. The excuses you make, the things that make distraction from what we should do, and all the means you speak of things to eat and keep your procrastination miserable. Remove these three essential things and see things more productive than you want come faster and easier!
