X - X Factor is what will make you different from others. When you are motivated, you tend to put on "extras" on your life like extra time for family, extra help at work, take care of his friends. The X-factor that leaves one side of the crowd and mark you for success.

Y - You are unique. Nobody in this world looks, acts, thinks and talks like you. The value of your gifts, whatever they are, and use them to their success.

To maintain motivation levels above the average should move forward and grow, we continue to strive for the happiness and success, and we continue to seek and discover. We must seek the things that are of interest to us beyond the daily routine, but more importantly what we love - our career, business, relationships, family, hobbies and activities. 

As you progress and get the results expected and desired, which automatically feed the tank. 
Sometimes their expectations and desires will not be met and will fail from time to time, which is a normal part of the process. 

When the tank is low, a warning is to take action and find a way to fill your tank and rejuvenate. Constantly idling is bad for your mental and physical health which leads to boredom and you will not find much of interest and ultimately leads to depression.

In the context of self-awareness and personal development, a way to measure their level of motivation is to monitor the average time it takes to get Out Of Bed (OOB) during the week, when activated alarm. 

1-10 seconds: highly motivated, as you can not wait to start the day 

11 seconds - 5 minutes: Motivated , you like what you do and looking forward to the day

5-20 minutes: mean, there are some things that we expect and some are not quite expect, you may be tired, or just cold in the morning. 

> 20 minutes. Unmotivated, there are more things that do not look forward to it and then you do. You might be: overworked, stressed at work, tired, sick, injured / pain, surf or just relax in the morning.

The saying "the early bird gets the worm" is very true. When you wake up early, you not only feel good, but you accomplish what you set out to do. Taking the first step is not always easy, but once you get the motor a running, you are on your way to managing your time since your motivation is climbing the ladder to success.

Most people have a hard time moving forward mainly because they have no idea where to start. Most often than not, one can be to caught up with what happened in the past and what they should have done instead of thinking what a they want for their future. Indeed, it is a matter or taking control of your future instead of letting your frustrations and disappointments do so.

However, if you think that you needed a few changes then reinvention is always an option. There are a lot of ways to change your present life but here a few simple ways to begin your new mantra. Would you like to learn how to wake up early? Would you like to do it easily with little effort? Waking up early in the morning is a great skill to have and doing so will help keep you productive and motivated. Keep reading and I'll share with you several tips that will help you be an early bird!
1. Get out of bed when you wake up - This is my most important tip because it makes the process of waking up early come easy. It's a good idea to use natural body functions to your advantage whenever you can.
For example, when you wake up at four in the morning to use the bathroom, don't go back to bed. Pick a time that works for you. If it's after 4:00 am and you wake up for any reason, you've already won half the battle, just make sure you stay up!
Staying up can be easier when you have something to do. That leads us to tip number two.
2. Have an activity to do - Having an activity or purpose gives you something to look forward to. Some people like to read the paper every morning or exercise. Others like to make coffee or walk their dog.
It's also a good idea to set a goal. Setting a goal for the month such as "write a novel or screenplay" can really get you motivated to wake up every day.
Choosing between getting out of bed and staying in bed can make all the difference when you have an activity you look forward to doing, or a goal to achieve. This brings us to our next tip, making the decision to wake up early.
3. Deciding to wake up early - This means making the decision to do it! Tell yourself that this is what you choose to do and to resist all temptations otherwise. Fighting the decision to sleep when you want to wake up is something many people struggle with. Sometimes it's good to take a few minutes to meditate about your decision to wak up early.
Once you've made the decision, it's a good idea to get prepared to wake up. This brings us to our next tip.
4. Lay out your next day's clothes - Choose what clothes you're going to wear the night before. Lay them out near the bed so that it's easy to put them on in the morning. There won't be any decisions about what to wear or where to find it because it's all right there. This makes the transition from lying in bed to getting dressed much easier.
Keeping it easy brings us to our last tip, one that may seem a little obvious but important none the less.
5. Set your alarm - Hopefully you will wake up before the alarm goes off. In case you don't, it's always good to have a backup in place. If you do wake up to the alarm, avoid using the snooze button. Make a game out of how fast you can get up when the alarm goes off. Soon you will know how to wake up early effortlessly.
